Beacon Rail Lux Holdings S.A.R.L (Beacon) are pleased to announce the appointment of Shaun Mills to the board as a Non Executive Director.
Shaun brings to Beacon an in depth knowledge of the European rolling stock leasing industry following 12 years as the Chief Executive Office of the Alpha Trains Group.
In welcoming him to the role, Keith Howard, Chair of Beacon, said; “we are delighted that Shaun has agreed to join Beacon at a time of major expansion for the company in mainland Europe with the acquisition last year of Mitsui Rail Capital. Shaun’s wealth of knowledge and experience will be invaluable as we seek to develop Beacon into the preeminent rolling stock leasing company and I look forward to working with Shaun and the Beacon board and management to achieve that goal”.
